To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Listing Machine™, Denise Perrin, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue
Loss of leads
Business interruption
Advertising account suspensions
Regulatory penalties
Loss of data
Reputation damage
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Listing Machine™, Denise Perrin, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
