THE LISTING MACHINE

Refund Policy & Client Responsibility Agreement

This Refund Policy applies to all services, coaching programs, lead generation services, advertising campaigns,

digital products, subscriptions, training programs, templates, consulting services, and marketing systems provided by

The Listing Machine and Denise Perrin.


No Guaranteed Results

The Listing Machine does not guarantee specific business results, commission income, listing appointments,

transactions, closings, revenue, or financial performance. Lead generation and advertising performance are affected

by numerous variables beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, lead response time, follow-up

consistency, communication skills, advertising platform algorithms, budget, geographic area, and client

implementation. All services are designed to generate opportunities and leads. However, successful conversion of

leads into appointments, clients, listings, or sales depends heavily on the client’s own effort, responsiveness,

follow-up systems, communication, and sales ability.


Minimum 30-Day Performance Period

Clients acknowledge and agree that digital marketing systems, advertising platforms, social media algorithms,

optimization systems, audience targeting, lead generation campaigns, and data-learning technologies require

sufficient time to gather data and optimize performance. For this reason, clients must allow a minimum period of thirty

(30) consecutive days before requesting cancellation, disputing results, or requesting any refund consideration. The

client understands that advertising and lead generation systems often improve over time as platforms optimize

targeting, audience behavior, engagement data, and campaign performance.

Client Follow-Up Responsibility

The Listing Machine fulfills its obligations by delivering marketing systems, campaigns, advertising services, lead

generation strategies, and lead opportunities. The client is solely responsible for: calling, texting, or emailing leads

promptly following up consistently maintaining professional communication tracking lead activity booking

appointments managing sales conversations converting leads into clients Failure to contact leads, delayed follow-up,

poor communication, failure to nurture leads, or failure to implement the provided systems voids any eligibility for

refunds, credits, disputes, or chargebacks. The Listing Machine is not responsible for lost opportunities caused by

client inaction or poor lead management.


No Refund Policy

Due to the digital, strategic, consulting, coaching, advertising, and service-based nature of our business, all sales are

final. No refunds will be provided for: change of mind lack of effort or implementation failure to follow up with leads

market conditions advertising platform changes personal financial circumstances brokerage changes licensing status

issues business slowdown failure to achieve desired income goals dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations

Once services, advertising campaigns, coaching access, digital products, training materials, templates, systems, or

lead generation services have been delivered or activated, refunds are strictly prohibited.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection

By purchasing any product or service from The Listing Machine, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment

reversals, or payment disputes without first providing written notice and allowing The Listing Machine a reasonable

opportunity to address the concern. Clients agree that access to coaching materials, advertising setup, strategy

sessions, digital resources, templates, systems, campaign creation, lead generation efforts, or marketing

implementation constitutes fulfillment of services. Attempted chargebacks after services have been delivered may be

considered a breach of this agreement.


Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests based on extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed solely at the discretion of The Listing

Machine. Any exception granted does not create a future obligation to provide refunds to other clients under similar

circumstances.


Acknowledgement & Agreement

By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any product or service provided by The Listing Machine, the client acknowledges

and agrees that: they understand this refund policy in full they accept full responsibility for lead follow-up and

implementation they understand there are no guaranteed financial outcomes they agree to allow a minimum 30-day

optimization period they understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
